This is job site Located at Kenil Worth Avenue in Norwood Ohio. What started out to be a simple flashing repair job, turned into a total roof replacement and box gutter removal. The repair started on the wall flashings and where box gutter meets the wall detail at the siding. Once the old materials we're removed, a portion of the box gutter fell to the ground because of bad wood. During the repair of this bad wood, a 15' section had came loose from the porch. The latters in this picture we're placed to help kick out the falling box gutter to the yard and not the porch railing and plants. Once this fell, all but 10' of the box gutter fell along with it. But we we're prepared. We simply removed all the Box Gutter materials and installed new 5" Alum. Gutters, Soffit Material, Alum. Face material, and a new roofing system on the porch location. No Job to Big or to Small! |

This is Job Site Located in West Chester Ohio in Becket Ridge. Some of the brick had to be removed because they we're defaced and broken. Along with this, a new chimney cap would have to be installed with a new flew tile at the top. Also a new chimney flew cover. This chimney was leaking at the defaced brick. Just under the mortor cap, the temporary support under the old cap had rotted away. The Home owner, Lee, is a very satisfied customer with the work we had done. |
